Florence

Spent the day at the Galileo museum in Florence. Way cool!, they had such cool displays of centuries and centuries of inventions. They also had an interactive part where you could do experiments!! ....They also had galileos fingers preserved! They were all shriveled and the nail was quite long

Then I stopped by to say hi to the David (ooh la la) And wandered through the leather market. A pity I don't need anything. Had an over priced yet delicious gelato and headed

It's hot and crowded like always but just seeing the cathedral again made it worth the trip. The Florence duomo is one of the most impressive I have ever seen.

making pizza now! Several types of focaccia too! And drinking more red wine.

Had crazy dreams that I had a pet polar bear last night and stayed up to late reading the book that tisha gave me.

Last cooking class tomorrow and then Saturday we go to a Parmesan factory a prosciutto factory and a balsamic vinegar place!
