Sorry no blog post yesterday... That's because all i did from 8am to 8pm was cook! (and drink wine)... So by the time I was done I was so tired (too much alcohol and carbohydrates)
Yesterday at 8am I met the chef and another couple joined us on a trip to the restaurantuer market. Which was cool. Like a special Italian Costco where membership is quite exclusivo.
The chef taught us what to look for for freshness in fish and different vegetables, about the different cheeses and sausages etc. it was very fun.

Dad is going to have to go tuna fishing again so you can prepare that seared tuna....and I want the dessert
